Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Order Cancellations
Pre-orders cannot be canceled once the order has been placed.
For ready-to-ship items, cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped or been transferred to the carrier, it can no longer be canceled.
Please double-check your cart before completing checkout. If you have questions, we are happy to help before you place your order.
Returns
30-Day Return Window
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:

In original condition

In original packaging (not washed, altered, or embellished)
A Return Authorization (RMA) number and proof of purchase are required.
Returned items must be shipped with active tracking within 10 business days of the RMA being issued.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Personalized or customized items

Gift cards

Downloadable products

Health and personal care items
Because personalized items are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or replaced unless an error was made on our end.
Return Shipping & Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

A 10% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns
We recommend using tracking or shipping insurance for items over $75.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 4 days of delivery.
We will:

Provide a prepaid return label

Replace the item at no cost
Tracking for the return must show movement before a replacement is shipped. Refunds will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
Returned items must be shipped within 10 business days of the return label being issued.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within several business days.
A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned merchandise.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale, clearance, and final sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the return is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS or UPS.
If your package shows no movement for 3 business days, contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
If your order shows Delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
